Introduction to uubet Terms of Service

These terms govern your entire relationship with uubet, from registration through to withdrawal of winnings.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and uubet ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the uubet platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the uubet platform. uubet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice, at the Platform's sole discretion.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by uubet, including the sports betting sportsbook, live casino, slot games, crash games and any promotional offers. Where a specific promotion or product feature is governed by additional rules, those supplementary rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference and must be read alongside them. In the event of any conflict between supplementary rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.

• Clause 1
  Eligibility and Registration
  To register and use the uubet platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted for your personal use; (c) provide accurate and truthful personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and a valid payment method registered in your own name; and (d) not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of uubet. uubet reserves the right to request documentary verification of identity, address and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• Clause 2
  Account Management
  Each individual may only maintain one active account on uubet at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method or same device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, uubet may, at its sole discretion, merge balances, cancel pending withdrawals, void bonus credits and permanently close all accounts associated with that individual. Players are solely responsible for the security of their account login credentials. uubet will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
• Clause 3
  Deposits and Withdrawals
  uubet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours Bangladesh Standard Time. uubet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to check the applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a transaction. Withdrawals to any payment method not registered in the account holder's own name are strictly prohibited.
• Clause 4
  Bonuses and Promotions
  All bonuses and promotional credits awarded to a uubet account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings or bonus amounts can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least 10x before withdrawal is permitted. Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion details. uubet reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonus cancelled and may face account closure.

  Prohibited Activities
  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uubet platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, as well as the forfeiture of any account balance: (a) use of automated betting scripts, bots or artificial intelligence tools; (b) colluding with other players to fix or influence the outcome of any betting market; (c) exploiting errors in odds, game software or the cashier system; (d) depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering); (e) using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions; (f) attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation; and (g) providing false identity documents during the KYC verification process. uubet cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate bodies.
• Clause 6
  Account Verification (KYC)
  uubet is committed to preventing fraud and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, the Platform operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Documents accepted for identity verification include a valid national ID card, passport or driving licence. Documents accepted for address verification include a utility bill, bank statement or official government letter dated within the last three months. Players aged 21 or close to the minimum age threshold may be required to submit age verification documents before any wagering activity is permitted. uubet may request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.
• Clause 7
  Sportsbook and Betting Rules
  All bets placed on the uubet sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market on which the bet is placed. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered for that market. uubet reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has started where the outcome is already known (late bets), or where odds have been published in error. In-play betting is subject to brief delays. uubet's decisions on the settlement of bets are final. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Player must contact support within 14 days of the relevant event's settlement date.
• Clause 8
  Limitation of Liability
  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uubet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; service interruptions during live events; errors in odds or market data caused by data feed providers; or losses sustained as a result of reliance on any information published on the platform. uubet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Clause 9
  Privacy and Data Protection
  uubet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. uubet uses your data to verify your identity, process transactions, detect and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and promotional offers (where you have opted in). uubet will never sell your personal data to third parties. • Clause 10
  Governing Language and Interpretation
  These Terms are provided in English and, for informational purposes, in Bengali. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Bengali version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all cases. Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. Any waiver by uubet of a breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

uubet's obligations and the tools available to players who wish to manage or limit their gambling activity.

uubet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Every registered account has access to the following self-management tools, available directly from account settings after login: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly caps on how much can be added to the account); loss limits (a ceiling on net losses over a defined period); session time reminders (automated notifications after a defined period of continuous play); and self-exclusion (a temporary or permanent restriction on access to the account). Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. A temporary self-exclusion can be set for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. A permanent self-exclusion closes the account indefinitely and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

uubet's position is that gambling must remain an entertainment activity with a fixed personal budget. Players in Bangladesh who feel that their betting activity is affecting their financial situation, personal relationships or mental wellbeing are strongly encouraged to activate self-exclusion immediately and to contact support at [email protected] for guidance. The support team is trained to handle responsible gaming requests sensitively and confidentially. uubet will not contact a self-excluded player with promotional materials for the duration of the exclusion period. Players must be 21 years of age or older to hold an active account — this requirement exists specifically to protect younger adults from harm.

Changes to These Terms

How and when uubet may update these Terms, and your obligations when changes are made.

uubet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, uubet will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the uubet platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. uubet accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from a Player's failure to read updated Terms.
