Self-Exclusion: A Closer Look

Self-exclusion is the strongest tool available to a uubet player who feels they need to step back from gambling entirely.

A self-exclusion on uubet can be set for a temporary period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days — or it can be made permanent. A temporary self-exclusion blocks all wagering activity on the account for the chosen period. During the exclusion window, the account cannot be used to place bets, claim bonuses, or make deposits, but withdrawal of any existing balance remains available. A temporary exclusion cannot be lifted before its expiry date — this is by design, to ensure the tool provides a genuine protective barrier and cannot be undone in a moment of impulse.

A permanent self-exclusion closes the account indefinitely. Once a permanent exclusion is in place, the account cannot be reopened for a minimum period of 12 months, and the player must contact [email protected] in writing to formally request reinstatement after that period. uubet will not reopen a permanently excluded account if there is any indication that the request is not being made freely, or if the player shows signs of continued gambling distress. During any exclusion period — temporary or permanent — uubet will not send the excluded player any promotional communications, bonus offers, or marketing materials.
